Sunshine Mill is a fantastic project that is just getting started! This section is stilling being developed, please check back with us for more information later.
The Commercial Buildings will feature a Cooperative Wine Making facility, The Wine Plaza and a Commercial Kitchen and Cheesery. The Six story building (mixed use) will contain everything from Condos to Office and Artist Lofts. Visit a powerpoint presentation on the project.
We are moving forward with the project. James Martin of The Sunshine Mill and Quenett Winery gave a presentation Tuesday on March 16, 2006 to the Urban Renewal Advisory Board on the status of the Sunshine Mill Development. James' stated that they plan to break ground on the first phase which includes a proposed winery in the following spring of 2007. A special thanks to Chris Zukin and Meadow Outdoor for renewing the old mill's historic sign.
