"The most recent design and engineering work on the grain Silos has shown the building to have marvelous potential as a 12 story gravity operated winery with 49 round hotel rooms inside the silo winery. This unique design will feature two silo atriums that will contain the 80 foot tall illuminated wine chandeliers that act as the gravity wine tubes to pass wine from the 11th story crush room to the 2nd story concrete wine fermentation tanks in the lobby tasting room of the Silo hotel".
"This visual interpretation of wine will be enhanced by the stay in round hotel rooms built inside reused 100 year grain silos. Many of the sustainable design concepts are focused on creating unique experiences for travelers at the same time as having a world class functional operating facility for the Martin Family of Quenett Winery.
