Come have dinner at The Sunshine Mill! Local Chef Teigha Mondragon will be cooking a delicious fall meal of Truffle Mac and Cheese! It's a hearty portion of cheddar and gruyere cheese baked to pasta perfection with white truffle oil, topped with green onions. This is the perfect pairing for our newly-released 2017 Pinot Noir. You can order this to-go, to enjoy indoors or outdoors at the tasting room, or have it delivered car side to you at the movie! This is a limited dinner so pre-order is HIGHLY recommended.
