Rental Includes
Our rentals include the entire Mill Building and outdoor area, 12 round tables, 120 chairs, burlap linens, buffet tables and staffing for the event. We do catering in house (menu is attached). We can also create custom menus based on the brides feedback.
Pricing
Monday-Thursday
Hourly rental - $375
All day rental (12pm-10pm)- $3000
Friday-Sunday
Hourly rental - $475
All day rental (12pm-10pm)- $4000
I did want to let you know a few important items about our events before you see the space, just so you don't feel like any time is wasted before you visit:

We do not serve or allow hard alcohol on site and we have to be the servers and sellers of all alcohol (wine and beer only)

We can only have one beer on tap

We are limited to 80 people for indoor wedding ceremonies (does not include the bridal party) and 120 for the reception

We are not able to stay open longer than 10pm
