Join us for an event that’s near and dear to our hearts as we partner with @adventurousaromas for our Candles for Kids event here on Saturday, February 15th from 4-7pm.

A portion of ticket sales, along with 25% of sales from our tasting room will go directly to The Dry Hollow PTA.

Natasha, our General Manager, and Casey, founder of Adventurous Aromas, partnered up for this event that just makes scents (get is?!) because their children attend Dry Hollow Elementary.

At the beginning of the evening, Casey and his team will lead you through the experience of crafting your own candle by coming up with a story or memory and focusing on scents that reflect your story. While candles set, you’ll have the opportunity to shop the silent auction (100% of proceeds from this go the Dry Hollow PTA) and get food and beverages from The Sunshine Mill.

Tickets for the event are $40 and include your first candle to take home. Each additional candle you’d like to make is only $20.

This event is family friendly for all ages and is an incredible way to support your local community while also enjoying this unique experience!

We’ll be doing tours of the building (all the way to the roof, on the hour, every hour!), crushing our grapes on site, pouring our wines, serving our food, including free samples of our Pinot Noir, serving beer from @freebridgebrewing , cider from @workinghandsbeer, we’ll have a pumpkin bounce house and face painting from @fairygodmothersevent, a pumpkin patch, clothing pop ups from @terracottagorgeco and Riot Fox Repository Vintage Clothing, a kids activity space from @little_slumbers, fresh pressed juices from @magicjuices_, baked goods from @knotty_buns, a pop up from @prettypartiesgiftshop, flower bouquets from @dustybootsflowerfarm, cookies from @daniskitchenshop, apothecary goods from @herbalrevival and @moonbeam_daydream, retail from skookum_outfitters, chocolate covered treats from @berriesbyfelice, freeze dried candy from @tastytemptations.or and hair sparkles from @luckylocks.co!

We’ll be finishing the evening with a sunset yoga session on the roof at 6pm lead by @studiofittd.

✨We’re so excited to bring back our 2nd annual “Harvesting Sunshine” festival here at The Sunshine Mill, so mark your calendar for Saturday, September 28th from 12pm-6pm✨
